First impressions are everything and from the moment I stepped into Professional Physical Therapy I knew I was in good hands. The front desk staff is always so welcoming and I look forward to seeing their smiling faces when I go to therapy. My physical therapist performed an initial evaluation and explained the possible reasons for my pain and layed out a treatment plan for the next few months. Dr. Patt was very compassionate and made sure I understood all he had discussed with me.
I like the fact that there are many staff members involved in my treatment. All the physical therapy assistants are incredible and each brings something different to my sessions. I believe this has led to an overall positive, effective and enjoyable experience. The technicians at ProPT are also fabulous and always ready to lend a helping hand.
